Pricing

Valid from 2023. Prices are expressed in American Dollars (USD), excluding transportation services. Prices may vary without notice. Any change in the pieces will be quoted sepparately and will be charged as a special project.

Time and delivery format

Standard delivery time is 8 to 10 weeks. Depending on size and complexity of the project times may vary. If so, delivery time will be established between the buyer and AD HOC. Deliveries in Mexico City and the metropolitan area are included in the price. Any delivery outside this territory will be quoted and charged sepparately.

Prices are delivered with a basic transfer packaging. Special or specific packaging will be quoted and charged sepparately. All pieces are send from our factory in Lerma, State of Mexico, and delivery time will be notified.

Shipping times are excluded from delivery times expressed in the pricelist. Delivery times expressed in the pricelist, are estimated times only, delivery times for special orders and big dimension orders will be notified with the purchase order.

Warranty

We offer a 12 month warranty that covers defects on material, construction or production defects. Use, detachment, or damage to lacquered parts, slidings, knocks or any type of misuse on the pieces are excluded from the warranty.

Any defect or damage in the recieved product, must be notified by the buyer within 5 days of delivery, photographic evidence is necessary for the replacement or repair of the damaged piece. Any return of merchandise must be prevously accorded between the buyer and AD HOC.
